Do you have an Exchange policy for Sunglasses or Eyeglass Frames?

We will accept returns or exchanges (of equal or lesser value) of non-prescription sunglasses within 7 days of purchase provided that the product is returned in the original condition of initial purchase complete with supplied accessories such as cases, cleaning cloths, labels, and product documentation.  Does not apply to discounted purchases.  

What is your Prescription Lens Return and Exchange Policy?

All prescription lenses are considered special orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 7 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for, you will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost.

Do you have a Prescription Guarantee?

We guarantee accuracy on all prescriptions provided from Visual Entree Optometry or they will be remade at no charge within 60 days of purchase. All prescription eyeglasses pass a stringent quality control hand inspection. We pride ourselves in our workmanship - accurately filling your prescription is a top priority. In the unlikely event that an error makes it through our system, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses.

Can I Put New Lenses Into My Own Frame?

Simply bring us the frame and a copy of the prescription for the lenses you want placed in your frame.  You will only be charged for new lenses.  
Please Note: We are not responsible for damage or breakage to customer's own frame, 

Can I Return Contact Lenses?

Contact lenses can be returned within 60 days of purchase as long as the boxes remain unopened. We cannot take back lenses from an opened box.


Which Insurances Do You Take?

Currently we accept VSP, Superior Vision, EyeMed, MES, Spectera, Optum, United Healthcare, Davis Vision, HSA (Health Savings Account) , FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and private pay patients.
